Wish I could leave 0 stars. Waited for 2 hours to be told that my 1 year old grandson, who was there for a FIRST time haircut was expected to sit in a chair WITHOUT any adult back there with him. Which, any parent knows will NOT happen. We have been coming here for years. The lady at the front said "It's your choice to go elsewhere, we can't help you". Well, needless to say, we won't be back. My 3 sons and my husband will go else where from now on. Absolutely the worst experience we have had there.

I took my son there to get his haircut and it looked O....K when when we left due to it being wet and combed down. When he work up the next morning and combed it one side is shorter and thinned out the other side is longer and thick. The back is jagged and over the ears is strands of hair covering his ear. I called back the next day to explain to them what happened and what it looked like. Before I could finish my sentence the lady interrupted me and told me "Honey, just rewet it. You cant expect it to look good when they get out of bed.....(REALLY)? Wetting his hair is not going to make it even and straight and jagged. And when I left, the way it was combed over and tucked behind his ear, it looked okay. The hair dresser was extremely nice and sweet girl.

I had a brand new girl Courtney and she was very nervous but even with her being new and with a few pointers from some of the girls she gave me a great haircut. Thanks Courtney one of the better haircuts I've got there in awhile.
